Duties and Responsibilities:

What a social worker does is that they specifically help workers adjust to their problems like child abuse, mental illness, handicap abuse, substance abuse, and many more. They regularly work with lower class like people that who are homeless and they help people adjust to their daily problems. Social Workers work in government offices, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, prisoners, also in courts.

Average Salary:

$20,000-$40,000

Educational Requirement:

Students who want to become a social worker they must be taking high school requirements such as English, Math, and Science. Some programs may say to start preparing for a bachelors’ degree which will take about 2 years.

Reflection:

Well I might be interested in becoming a social worker but I think I still need to think about it.
