I agree with Benjamin Franklin’s quote because enough
sleep makes your heart feel healthy and sleep is what your body needs to rest
so that when you wake up you get to start your day wide awake and ready to go.
Sleep is very important in the human body it allows muscles to relax and it
also reduces stress. So make you get enough sleep to get your day started off nicely.
